Privacy Policy

Kodevfy is a digital solutions company based in Cebu City, Philippines. This policy explains how we handle personal information on kodevfy.com and our demo apps on kodevfy.com subdomains. Questions? Email kodevfy@outlook.com.

• When you contact us: your name, email, business name and mobile number (both optional), your message, and which page or link brought you to us.
• When you message us on Facebook or Messenger, or email us: what you send us there.
• Website statistics: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Our demo apps use fictional sample data. Anything you type into a demo stays in your own browser's storage; it is not sent to us. You can clear it with the demo's reset option or by clearing your browser's site data.

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quotation or proposal, and follow up on it. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing emails without your consent.

Contact form messages are delivered through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, Singapore region) to our Microsoft Outlook inbox. Facebook and Messenger conversations are also governed by Meta's own privacy policy. These providers process the information only to deliver and store it for us.

We keep inquiries for as long as we are discussing a project with you and up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Under Republic Act No. 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to object to its processing, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages. To exercise any of these, email kodevfy@outlook.com; we will reply within 15 days.

If you believe we have mishandled your information, you can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Our sites are served only over HTTPS. Access to inquiries is limited to the Kodevfy team.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
